Frank Ocean To Perform At The VMAs, SNL Premiere

Finally a VMA announcement to get excited about. Frank Ocean is the latest artist confirmed to perform at the ceremony, alongside Green Day, Alicia Keys and Rihanna, amongst others. I vowed to skip this year’s ceremony, but will definitely tune in for Ocean’s performance. His recent album channel ORANGE is absolutely amazing, and definitely deserves that 93 metacritic score. Not only that, but he will also perform on the Saturday Night Live season premiere. This makes two shows I’ll have to watch now, no biggie. Hopefully he decides to forego the obvious choice of performing “Thinkin’ Bout You” and does “Super Rich Kids” instead. SRK, in my opinion, is a track just waiting to throw a party in your ears.

This year’s ceremony is hosted by Kevin Hart (who?), and will feature presenters The Wanted (meh!), Rashida Jones (love her!) and Wiz “Pass The Weed” Khalifa. The ceremony will be held September 7th, and starts at 9pm on MTV. Who would you like to see added to this year’s list of performers?
